Advanced design features of the Merlin 'ULTRA' include
built-in provision for a 'straight-drop' or static model to be
converted and upgraded to a fresh water flush with a water
seal, at a later date. The ease and simplicity of such a
conversion allows the operator to provide a choice of units to
meet varying demands. |

The innovative yet practical all-plastic base unit may be
fitted with a choice of robust, (HDPE) plastic or Colorbond
steel walls. Alternatively, the installation - without walls -
in existing and portable buildings or containers. |
|

|
Amazingly tough, and designed to withstand careless - even
violent, misuse, the double skinned walls are recognized as
among the world's best. Four "oversize" door hinges ensure
maintenance-free performance. |
|
|
A simple, but effective sliding latch enables the self-closing
door to be opened or closed internally or externally. A plastic,
break-resistant mirror fixed to the internal face of the door
adds a finishing touch. |
|
|
The translucent, formed roof section provides natural light
illumination of more than 400 lux while contributing to the
overall rigidity of the wall structure. Should severe damage
occur to any of the plastic surfaces, weld repairs may be
carried out with ease. |
|
|
The sturdy, galvanised lifting lugs (optional) form part of the
structural assembly, and are connected to internal stainless
steel rods, linked to the unit's skid base. This enables a FULL
UNIT to be lifted with a 5:1 safety ratio. |
|
|
Massive foundation cores underpin and reinforce the floor
section enabling it to withstand a maximum weight in excess of
any likely loading. |
|
|
Extensive colour range. Our stock of wall panels in long-life
U.V. stabilised colours is supplemented by a capacity to provide
special colour runs to order. (subject to surcharge if
applicable). |

|
An optional rear evacuation point ('EZ' valve), provides ease of
service for emptying purposes - or equally - allows drainage by
gravity means where desired. External protection of the valve
assembly is secured by a heavy duty, steel framed door. |
